Reservations are held with a one night deposit.
Full payment is due 30 days
prior to date of arrival.
Refunds for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival (minus a $50 service fee).
No refunds for cancellations after 30 days prior to
arrival.

Main House Only (4BR: 3.5BA / sleeps up to 8 adults)
4 night minimum (5 night minimum holidays)
$800 /night weekdays (Monday - Thursday)
$1000 /night weekends (Friday - Sunday)
$5400 weekly rate
Notes:
Maximum occupancy is 12 adults. Children over 12 count as adults.
Fees: Sonoma County occupancy tax (9%), cleaning fee ($100 main house, $50 cottage),
pet fee ($50.00)
