/ Cancellation policy:
Reservations are held with a one night deposit (50% deposit for 4 nights or greater).
Full payment is due 30 days
prior to date of arrival.
Refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival (minus a $100 service fee).
No refunds for cancellations after 60 days prior to
arrival.

$7000 weekly rate
minimum stay: 2 nights (3 night holiday)
Main House Only (4 bedrooms / 3.5 bathrooms - sleeps 8 adults)
$800.00 / night weekdays (Monday – Thursday)
$1000.00/ night weekends
$5000.00 weekly rate
minimum stay: 4 nights (5 night holiday)
Notes:
Fees: Sonoma County occupancy tax (9%), cleaning ($200), pet ($50.00)
security deposit: $250-$500 (fully refundable)
