Reservations are held with a one night deposit.
Full payment is due 30 days
prior to date of arrival.
Refunds for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival (minus a $50 service fee).
No refunds for cancellations after 30 days prior to
arrival.

April — October
$300.00 / night weekdays (Monday – Thursday)
$350.00/ night weekends
$900.00 3-day weekend
$2250.00 weekly rate
Notes:
Fees: Sonoma County occupancy tax (9%), cleaning ($85), pet ($50.00)
Single night stay (based on availability within 2 weeks of
reservation) $50.00 fee
Party
and Event Rates
The rate for weddings or parties
is as follows:
Up to 12 guests
$1200 (includes a 2-night stay in the cottage)
15-25 guests
$1500 (includes a 2-night stay in the cottage)
25-40 guests
$2500 (includes 3-night stay in the cottage)
40-50 guests
$3500 (includes 3-night stay in the cottage)
Fees: Sonoma County occupancy tax (9%) and cleaning fee ($100).
To reserve your dates, we require a 50% deposit.
The remainder is due 60 days prior to arrival. Refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to event
(minus a $100 service fee). No refunds after 60 days prior to event.
